EquateAccess offers a multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution designed to enhance the security of your EquatePlus account while streamlining the login process.

Functionality Overview:

• Once your account is equipped for EquateAccess, you will receive an invitation to download the application.
• After downloading the app, follow the provided instructions to link it to your account.
• Upon successful setup, you will be required to scan a QR code each time you attempt to log in. This QR code can be scanned using the EquateAccess app on your mobile device.
• The app facilitates authentication through Face ID, Touch ID, or by entering a designated EquateAccess PIN, allowing for secure access to your account.

System Requirements:

• The use of EquateAccess necessitates access to your mobile device's camera for scanning QR codes; ensure that you grant permission to the application when prompted.
• Your organization must have configured enhanced login capabilities; confirm receipt of an invitation before proceeding with the installation of EquateAccess.
