Functionality Overview:

Once your account is equipped for EquateAccess, you will receive an invitation to download the application.
After downloading the app, follow the provided instructions to link it to your account.
Upon successful setup, you will be required to scan a QR code each time you attempt to log in. This QR code can be scanned using the EquateAccess app on your mobile device.
The app facilitates authentication through Face ID, Touch ID, or by entering a designated EquateAccess PIN, allowing for secure access to your account.
